How much does a detail cost?
It depends on the size of the vehicle, its condition and what you want done, so we quote on the phone after a couple of questions — that's what the quiz is for. You'll get a clear number and a reason for it, and it doesn't change unless you add something.
How long will you have my car?
A maintenance wash and vacuum is about 90 minutes. A full interior and exterior detail is usually 3–5 hours. Paint correction, ceramic coating and PPF are booked as full-day or multi-day jobs. We'll give you a time when we quote.
Do you pick up, or come to me?
Both. Drop the car at 17 Cadillac Ave, have us pick it up from home or work, or book a mobile detail at your place. Ceramic coating and PPF are done in the shop so the environment is controlled.
Can you deal with pet hair, mold or smells?
Yes — it's some of the work we're best known for. Steam, extraction and ozone treatment handle most odours. Mold is assessed first so we can tell you honestly what's fixable.
Ceramic coating or PPF — which one?
Ceramic coating makes the car easier to clean and adds gloss and UV protection. PPF physically stops rock chips and scratches. Many customers do PPF on the front end and ceramic over the whole car. We'll recommend based on how and where you drive.
Where are you, and when are you open?
17 Cadillac Ave #2, Victoria (Saanich), just off Douglas near Uptown. Open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
